Mission

As Iğdır University Food Engineering Department, our mission is to contribute to the development of food science, food technology and food safety by training innovative, creative and entrepreneurial food engineers and conducting and publishing realistic research projects.

Vision

As Iğdır University Food Engineering Department, our vision is to be a recognized stakeholder on a national and global scale, with the awareness of being the first institution in its field in Türkiye, perceiving and meeting the changing needs of the industry, public and consumers in the context of food science, food technology and food safety.
